I downloaded many patches but i don't know how to use it.Please help.

If you have pirated L4D2 we don't support you with your L4D2 related problems. It looks like you have illegal version because if you have bought L4D2 from steam it auto updates itself.

L4DMaps does not support or endorse piracy. You are better off asking at a no-steam pirate forum.
