Well said.
I have outlined the tasks that each category on the dev team will be responsible for:
ProgrammerCurrently this job is up to me. Unless you are proficient with C++, do not offer to help with this category. You should have a very thorough understanding of object oriented design as well as a solid foundation for game programming. You will need to be excellent with mathematics (especially trigonometry -- and vector/matrix math as well). I only know one other person online that satisfies these requirements, and they have offered to help, so this spot is full, but we can always make room for more if you show us some of your work.
ModelerThis is the category we need help with at the moment. In fact, this is why I created this thread. What better place to ask a hand than a modding community?

The modelers are responsible for providing the base models (such as vegetation, buildings, items, etc). These models can be made in any 3D program, but it must eventually be converted to a form CryEngine can utilize. We need many modelers, so if you have some free time and want to lend a hand, please do.
Environmental DesignThese are the mappers. This spot is currently full.
The Sound BoardThese guys are responsible for audio such as music, sound effects, etc. You are allowed to use audio from external sources as long as it is copyright-free or you attain proper permission from its original author. As an audio dev, you need to have working knowledge of Audacity or a similar program to assist us in the development of various voices, sounds, etc. Lastly, you need to know how to make custom music. There is one person working in this category already, but we need one more to ease the workload. If you are going to be making music, experience in one or more of the following is a must: Reason, Fruityloops Studio, Ableton, or other professional music creation program. For those making sound effects, you probably won't need them.
Graphics DesignerEverything from making custom logos, decals, UI textures, etc. Again, do not use any trademarked or copyrighted images unless you change the text and design. You are mainly responsible for providing all the 2D images used throughout the game. We have one person in this category, but we need a few more. You will also eventually work together to design the game's website layout, which I will port to HTML/CSS/PHP.
Flash expertThis category is not required, but would be beneficial. If you are skilled with Adobe Flash CS5 and ActionScript, we can use your help from time to time. Otherwise, I can fill in for this job as well.
Networking specialistSince this game is completely multiplayer, someone will need to take care of the database system, manage DB errors, make sure character persistence is running smoothly, and manage the multiple hives from a time to time basis. This game
might become an MMO (we don't know yet), but the final networking decision will be made at around the 50% mark since we would need to write our own networking algorithm. This spot is currently filled by someone I trust, so no more is needed for this category.
Beta TestersAlthough this spot won't land you in the credits, we will need many people to thoroughly test the early and late stages of the game, including looking for bugs in the map and providing us with ideas.
